TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
PURCHASE TERMS
These Purchase Terms (“Purchase Terms”) govern your purchases of products and services available through https://www.spbdxns.com (the “Company Sites” or the “Sites”). The Company Sites are operated by spbdxns.com (the “Company”). Your use of the Company Sites and these terms is also governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
PLEASE READ THESE PURCHASE TERMS CAREFULLY, TOGETHER WITH THE TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY NOTICE, AND ANY OTHER POLICIES OR AGREEMENTS REFERENCED IN THESE PURCHASE TERMS, BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY SITES. BY MAKING A PURCHASE OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY SITES, YOU AGREE TO THESE PURCHASE TERMS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER DESCRIBED IN THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION BELOW.
GENERAL
These Purchase Terms have been executed and delivered by you and constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and the Company, enforceable against you in accordance with their terms. You represent that you are (1) at least 18 years of age, (2) of legal age to enter into a binding contract, and (3) not a person prohibited from receiving services under any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
You shall purchase and use the products and services available through the Company Sites strictly in accordance with these Purchase Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (collectively, “Laws”). You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws relating to your purchase, including all applicable laws in the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped. All calls, emails, and other communications between you and the Company may be recorded.

You consent to any personal information we may obtain about you (whether through the Company Sites, email, telephone, or other means) being collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Notice.
The Company may update its Privacy Notice from time to time at its sole discretion. Any changes to our Privacy Notice will be posted on https://www.spbdxns.com.
Your continued use of the Sites after any changes to the Privacy Notice means that you accept such changes.
PURCHASES
Order Processing
The Company may, at its sole discretion, decide not to process or cancel your order under certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock or has been incorrectly labelled, if we suspect that the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances that the Company considers appropriate at its sole discretion.
The Company also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify your identity in order to process your order.
The Company will not charge you, or will refund you, for orders that we do not process or cancel.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to:
(i) withdraw any published offer;
(ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions; and
(iii) make changes to prices, content, promotional offers, product descriptions or specifications, or any other information without any obligation to provide notice of such changes (even after an order has been submitted, acknowledged, dispatched, or received, unless prohibited by law).
Product and Service Descriptions
The Company attempts to provide accurate descriptions of products and services on the Company Sites. However, the Company does not warrant that descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free from errors.
If a product or service offered on the Company Sites is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item as specified in these Purchase Terms.
The Company Sites may offer a quick view feature for various products. This feature allows you to view pricing information about a product and add the product to your cart without opening the product page.
The quick view feature and the “add to cart” feature are provided solely for your convenience. The product page is where you will find more detailed information about a product, including its origin, features, and pricing.
Pricing Information
The Company endeavours to provide accurate pricing information regarding the products and services available on the Company Sites. However, we cannot guarantee that pricing errors will not occur.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to process or cancel any order placed for a product or service where the price was incorrectly displayed on the Site due to an error.
If this occurs, the Company will notify you by email.
In addition, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any errors in the total retail price displayed.
Product and Service Availability
The Company Sites may contain information regarding the availability of goods. This information may be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be dispatched shortly after your order is placed.
The estimated delivery date to your destination address for an item will generally be around 30 days or less after successful payment, subject to changes due to stock shortages, severe weather, carrier transit times, destination address, and other factors.
Unfortunately, the Company cannot guarantee that an item listed as “in stock” will be dispatched immediately, as inventory levels may change significantly from day to day.
In rare cases, a product or service may be in stock when a customer places an order but become unavailable when the Company attempts to process the order.
If this occurs, the Company will notify you by email.
Out-of-stock service offerings are generally no longer available. If the Company determines that a product or service you wish to purchase is no longer available, the item will be cancelled from your order.
The Company will notify you by email and remove the item from the Company Sites.
Specific Disclaimers and Obligations
In addition to the general disclaimers contained in the Terms of Use regarding products and services purchased through the Site, products and services purchased through the Site:
(a) may not include manufacturer warranties, even if a particular product or service is available elsewhere with such a warranty;
(b) may not include service or support options;
(c) may not include product manuals, instructions, or safety warnings in your native language or in certain languages of the destination country;
(d) may not be designed in accordance with the standards, specifications, and labelling requirements of your jurisdiction; and
(e) may not comply with the voltage requirements or other electrical standards of your jurisdiction (which may require the use of an adapter or converter).
It is your responsibility, and you hereby agree, to research the product to ensure that it meets your needs and that it can be legally imported into your jurisdiction.
Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, including but not limited to any sales or use taxes, value-added taxes, or customs duties.
